Field Day Rescheduled

Due to weather conditions, field day has been rescheduled for Monday, May 5th.  If you were planning to donate fruit and have already purchased it, you are welcome to send it tomorrow and we will enjoy a healthy snack!  Thank you!!

Field Day Reminder

Just a reminder…

Field day is on Thursday, May 1^st from 9:40-11:10 for Kindergarten.  Please make sure your child is wearing comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.  We are not allowed to apply sunscreen so make sure you do so before sending your child to school.  Thanks!

Field Day Snacks

This year's field day is a Luau theme.  We would love to celebrate by having Hawaiian style snacks afterwards, such as fresh fruit.  Please feel free to donate any items for us to enjoy!

Field Day

Field day will be Thursday, May 1st for kindergarten at 9:40.  Please make sure your child wears appropriate clothes that day!  They should wear tennis shoes, comfortable clothes that can get dirty, and also sunscreen.  We are not allowed to apply sunscreen so please make sure you have already done this before your child comes to school.

Douglas Food Drive

Douglas is holding our bi-annual food drive to benefit our Backpack Buddies Program.  Douglas is going to have a competition to encourage more participation.  Any class who brings in 75 pounds of food will earn a pajama day.  The class who brings in the most food by overall weight, will win a popcorn party.  There will be a weigh station in the main hall each morning so the food can be dropped off during arrival.  Thanks for your donations!

Letterland Parade

Birdman Dave

We had a wonderful assembly yesterday with Birdman Dave!  He brought his macaw named Belle and taught us many fun new facts!

                                   

                                                

Field Trip Money
